We have been huge fans of the Architecture and Design Film Festival ever since it came to Vancouver a few years ago. We want to share our passion for this phenomenal event by hosting an exclusive screening for our clients and partners.
This film explores the consequences faced by us as we remove ourselves from nature and place ourselves into high-rises of steel and glass? What are the physiological tolls caused by the displacement of nature from our living spaces?
Outside In examines the hard science behind a movement of healthy home design called biophilia, which suggests that building healthier homes can affect positive changes in our blood pressure, heart rate and stress hormones. Ultimately leading to a healthier lived experience as a result of our home environment.
