I've been working this market since April 2016. From Fairview condos and Yaletown high-rises to detached homes in Blueridge and Deep Cove, I've seen the cycles, the surprises, and everything in between. In that time I've closed over 150 transactions totalling $130M+ in career volume—roughly 25-30 deals a year—across a practice that's evenly split between buyers and sellers.

Most recently I placed in the Top 10 Individual Agents in Canada by volume across nearly 32,000 agents at The Real Brokerage for 2025 (REAX). I've spoken as an industry leader on stage at the Tom Ferry Summit in front of 5,000 of my peers.
